Discover: Members of the site can explore the curated collections of OER curated by the M.O.S.T. initiative.

Collaborate: Institutional Sites and Groups provide a flexible environment to collaborate with others in your network or disciplinary area across institutions.

Create: Using the Open Author feature of the site, users can build and publish OER content on their own or with others.
